You will require a model release form if you require to display images with people in them with discernible features.
You may copy and use the following Model Release Agreement Form at your discretion. Please note that as the agreement generally spans more than one pages of a Word document, please edit the top of each additional page to include both the photographer's and the model's name. Please also number each new page. This will retain the continuity of the document legally. Please also ensure that the model is also given a copy of the agreement. If you have a problem please email us and we will send a Word document of the agreement for you to use.

MODEL RELEASE
AGREEMENT
I

photographer

and to his/her assignees and licensees the
absolute right and permission to use,
publish or sell the photograph(s) referred
to below, in which I am included, in any
medium, throughout the world, without any
restriction whatsoever as to the nature of
the use or publication or as to the copy of
any printed matter accompanying the
photograph(s).I understand that the images may be altered
and I waive the right to
approve of any finished product.
I understand
that I do not own the copyright of the photograph(s).
I hereby waive
any right to inspect or to approve the photograph(s) or the editorial or
advertising
copy or printed matter that may be used by the Users of the photograph(s)
in conjunction
therewith, and further waive any claim that I may have with respect to
the eventual
use to which it may be applied. Such photograph(s) may be used in the
sole discretion
of the Users, with or without my name or with a fictitious name, and
with fictitious
or accurate biographical material, alone or in conjunction with any
other material
of any kind or nature. I hereby release, discharge and agree to save
harmless the
Users and their licensees and assigns from and against any and all
liability in
connection with the use of such photograph(s). Without limiting the
foregoing, the
photograph(s) may be used in all or any magazines and/or such-like
material
I certify that
I am over 18 years of age that I was eighteen years of age or older at the
time the
photograph(s) were taken. and that I understand the details of this
agreement and have the full legal right to
execute this agreement.
I further confirm that I have read and have
understood the meaning of this Model
Release Agreement prior to signing it. I
have not been induced to sign the same by
any representation or statement made by the
photographer or his/her agents,
employees or anyone acting on his/her
behalf.
I acknowledge and agree that this release
is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I
agree that this release is irrevocable,
worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed
by the laws of England.
